Hello, Hello, it's Djemilah Birnie here. Welcome back to another amazing episode of The becoming the big knee podcast. Today, I'm so excited to talk to you guys about the art of never stop becoming.
That's what this is all about becoming the big me I have this belief that there is never a moment in which we have reached some perfect destination in which every single thing that we could ever desire is is perfect, right? Like I don't, I don't believe that there is a point in which the growth stops. I believe that we are on a journey of evolution, we are on a journey of growth, there are going to be obstacles, there's going to be challenges, and there are going to be times when we conquer and there's going to be good times when we're gonna feel on top of the world. But that doesn't mean we have it all figured out. That doesn't mean we have everything made in every aspect. No, it does not. Because even the people that you look up to even the people that you think, know, it all, even the people that you think have all of the answers, they are still on their own journey of becoming, they are still on their own journey of life, you guys, this is a solution to process there are ups and downs. And and what is important, what is the most important is through all of that is that we never stop the journey of becoming. And what does that mean? It means it means choosing, choosing to step into your higher self, it means making choices that you know help your health of your mind, body and soul and spirit and the health of your family and the health of your business. That is the journey of calming, the journey of becoming is on those days, when you don't want to on those days when you don't want to get up anymore on those days when you just don't know if you can make it another step. It's getting up.
It's doing it
that is the journey of becoming.
So I just wanted to pop on to remind you guys that no matter where you are in your journey, whether you're on a high point or whether you are on a low point, it doesn't matter. It is part of the process. Evaluate where you are right now. Take it in. This is the beauty of life, whether you're going through you know, an up spike or a down spike. These polarities that we experience in our lives is what is what makes the human experience so rich and beautiful, is where our growth can be born.
How does the opportunity in the journey of becoming So today, I want to remind you that one, no matter who you look up to how figured it out, you think they have it, they are still on their journey, okay, and your journey cannot be compared to someone else's journey.
And to no matter if you're on an up spike or a down spike, this is the process. Look around and enjoy it. You're living it right now. It's happening right now. This is your life. You're painting your story right now. Don't wait until you have reached some imaginal imaginal some fictional, you know, place of perfection that doesn't even exist.
Because you're on your journey now, and it's time, it's time for you to get up to take the actions that you need and to realize that there is beauty all around you. No matter what I understand that life can be hard and there's not you know, sometimes it doesn't feel like there's much to be grateful for. But if you are able to drink clean water today, if you're able to go to bed in a bed and eat, put food in your tummy, remember there are things to be grateful for. You're listening to this right now there are things to be grateful for.
So remember, never stop becoming never stop, never stop. The journey doesn't stop when you stop. What happens if you're not growing? What happens? Continue choosing every day to recognize where you are, and do the one thing that you can do to improve and make it just a little better.
